John Russell John Russell “Russ” Carnahan is a former Representative of United States House

Dr. Michael Cain Debra Carnahan is an attorney, retired judge, founding partner of Carnahan & Carnahan law firm and a former Asst. U.S. Attorney and state prosecutor. Currently she is a principle and founder with her husband, former Congressman Russ Carnahan, of Carnahan Global Consulting. With almost 4 decades as a political participant and an advisor on both state and national campaigns she brings to a wide range and depth of experiences to her clients, including legal consulting and crisis management. Additionally she is a T.V. personality on PBS’ award winning “To The Contrary with Bonnie Erbe” an international news analysis program that has aired for over 25 years. Debra is a regular speaker at political and organizational events.

Debra has also been an adjunct professor of law at several college and universities including her Alma mater Columbia College, which awarded her its highest award of Distinguished Alumni. She received her Juris Doctors from the Univ. of Missouri and studied law at the Univ. of London. She was elected to serve on the Board of Governors for the Missouri Bar which governs the legal profession in that state. January 9 was named “Debra Carnahan Day” in the City of St. Louis by the Mayor to honor her achievements while serving as a judge.

She has decades of experience serving on local, state and national boards. Over the course of her career she has traveled extensively and been a participant in numerous global conferences and meetings with heads of state and other dignitaries. She has a great passion for foreign affairs and women’s issues.
